Cano-Besquet and Christopher Raymond Launch Bouken Music Studios

Sebastian Cano-Besquet and Christopher Raymond have launched Bouken Music Studios, a composer-led music-for-media studio for film, television, games, live experience, and multimedia. Bouken, from the Japanese word for “adventure,” is built to help directors and producers develop distinctive musical identities, from themes and score palettes to full music production and final delivery. The studio provides scalable production support, drawing on trusted creative, orchestration, recording, and score-production collaborators as each project requires.

Cano-Besquet Music Signed for Placement with Universal Music Japan

Selected music by Sebastian Cano-Besquet has been signed for placement with Universal Music Japan, expanding his work in international licensing and music for media. The new placement activity continues Cano-Besquet’s connection with Japanese media, following his orchestration and arrangement work for Square Enix’s Final Fantasy Brave Exvius.

Cano-Besquet Co-Composes Score for April Wright’s Final Trip

Sebastian Cano-Besquet co-composed the score for Final Trip with Christopher Raymond. Written and directed by April Wright, the psychological thriller stars Michael Provost and continues Cano-Besquet’s work in tension-driven scoring for horror and suspense.

Cano-Besquet Produces Percussion for Malaysian Superhero Feature Keluang Man

Sebastian Cano-Besquet contributed percussion production to the score for Keluang Man, the 2025 Malaysian live-action superhero feature released by Astro Shaw. The project continues Cano-Besquet’s international work in hybrid score production and percussion recording for screen media. Recorded at Victor Studios in Shibuya, Tokyo, Japan.

Cano-Besquet Composes Score to Epic Horseshow Troy

Cano-Besquet recently completed the score to the epic horse show Troy. The show will open August 4th, 2017, adjacent to the Bird's Nest in Beijing. It will run for approximately 4-6 months before moving to its next location in Northeastern China.
